Hi,

I own a website that sells a certain product.
Each listed product contains customer reviews that are rated from 1 to 5.What I would normally do is pick 5 reviews randomly from my database and display them to the visitor.
The trouble is, that even the top rated products have some 3 star reviews or even worse, and they are bound to come up sometimes. On the one hand,if I choose to show them I gain credibility, but on the other hand it doesn't seem too smart to show a product's downsides when your purpose is to sell....What do you think I should do about it?

Showing a balance isn't always a weakness. Are your customers savvy enough to understand that with your products?

I think most of them are just regular people looking for some quality products.

What does experience show is best in such cases?
