I am thinking of selling my niche social networking site

The site has about 2,000 members. It doesn't have any revenue. How much do you think I could ask? $10? less/more?

It is generally perceived that a site is worth 10-12 times the per month revenue. As you say it is not earning anything, it means no body will be willing to pay 10K for this site..
And in my opinion social networking niche is already overcrowded. Just my .02$
