Where find worldwide zipcode database?

I need to find a database including worlwide zipcodes and cities...anyone could help me? this is for a travel site..

Welcome to WebmasterWorld cryterium.

Zip codes are more of a US address element. Different countries use different postal codes. I haven't come across a global list. You may have better luck looking just for a few target countries to start out.

That should be "only" not "more of".
Every country in the world either has its own structure for addressing and not all use postal codes. I would suggest searching for "franks compulsive guide".

Travel sites (city to city, country to country) work better in that regard than using postal codes, which vary from country to country. Look to how airlines deal with the issue for inspiration. Depending on completeness desired the database could be immense.
