A good administration of many domain names

After a couple of months I have about 100 domainnames now. Registered at different providers (3), on different dates and with different prices and contract ends.

Now I made an Excel file where I have columns like:
Domainname, Provider, Price per year, Price per month, Contract ending.

I don't think this is optimal and should be better. For example the contract ending part, i always have to update it after a year and then I overwrite the old ending with a new contract ending. This means I lose all the history..
I hope you understand a bit what I mean.

Are there good example domain adminstration files? Or is there maybe some (opensource?) management system? Or do you have some other advice how to get a good overview of a lot of domainnames?

Transfeer them all under one register. I did have the same problem as you and found it much better to get them all in a central location.

Indeed, if possible I would do that. But some TLDs (like .de .be. nl) aren't possible at my most used registrar.
And I would like to include more options like in the overview. So I think I need something different... Some Excel or Access Database file. Or even some other software/system.

If you have many domains under one single registrar with different renew dates: There is an option with some registrars wherein they "synchronize" renew them so that their new renew dates are all the same.
