Accept those hundreds of facebook joining invitations to get traffic?

I receive facebooks invitations to join everyday. Some people just send me invitation to join. The email I get is something like "I've added you as friend in Facebook". They add one commercial email address what I supouse is on their adressbook. I have a personal account in facebook (which I don't use at all) So if I accept they will have me as "friend" I guess, and not my business.

I wonder if is there a way to take advantage of possible traffic accepting invitation to join.

I belive you can't add business to facebook, just persons...

I don't know the answer to your question.
But I have a personal Facebook account.
This allows me to advertise on Facebook.
I like this as their ads have pics which suits my product as it is new and unique.
But their click bids need to be very high which makes it uneconomic for us.

I wasn't talking about advertising precisely. In my niche clicks are not very affordable and conversions nule. But I was talking about other kind of advantages perhaps.
