Change of Name Server Problems

I requested a change of name server with my registrar on Friday - to point to my new webhosts - and while the website is running smoothly, the email is not.

I'm either not receiving them, they're going to my new web hosts or they're going to my old webhosts.

I've been assured by the registrar that everything went through smoothly but when I look at the domain dossier the DNS records are still showing as the old web hosts but the Name Severs are showing up as the new ones.

Any ideas or help with this would be greatly appreciated - it's driving me insane. I have no idea as to who to turn to to get them to sort out the issue.

the MX record is the one that affects your email.
do you have a really high TTL on your dns records?
maybe the changes haven't propagated yet.

Some name change propagations take 48 to 72 hours. I'd give it a little time...
