How to fix issue with dinamic pages like move from RIGHT to LEFT for a second? It was not issue before but it hapens sometime. It is issue with shop websites or CMS systems...

Do you mean that the page jiggles/moves around whilst it is loading?

In this case it may be that IMGs do not have WIDTH and HEIGHT attributes set - so the actual size cannot be determined until the browser starts to load that particular image. Again, other elements might also suffer a similar effect, if their eventual size depends on their content.
