Are there any parameters (encoding, fonts) how to deal with these problem?

Example:
1. They receive e-mails with corrupted special characters
2. Receiver receives corrupted special characters
3. When they add e-mail address to WEBMAIL it will be sometimes added BUT sometimes they have to manual add this e-mail address.

It can be used Horde, SquirrelMail, RoundCube.

Which is the best anyway and how to set parameters?
Which version is updated version for each application?

I hope you have some solution about this.

Encoding the mail in the respective character set or UTF-8 usually works. Where is the problem happening exactly?

Issue is that I use RoundCube and when sending mails receiver gets corrupted characters like ¹è¾æð.

Even this forum I think will not support these characters.

So, you will not see in this post.

Are there named updated versions of WEB mail APPLIACATIONS?
Is there some the best application from quoted possible?

Sanitize your incoming. Search "sanitize" here at WW. Meanwhile, confused, are you offering an email box to users and they are having problems with odd/bad addresses? If so, are you guaranteeing they get the goodies? I make no such warranty...up to them to determine valid/invalid addresses, or all the other uglies that might happen. Service side I deal with the gross uglies... (scanned for malware/viruii) can't catch everything, though I do try. Just no promises.

Sounds like various language packs. Not sure how you deal with that other than enforcing one language. That might kill the oddball stuff but might piss off your users in other countries.

I think technology issue with mail is not perfect yet.

Maybe some monopol of top companies like Microsoft etc.

If there would be ONE ISO coding system as obligation for all and one coding system for all mail applications it will solve all updtaed mail issues.

E-mail technology itself is not at fault. I have done daily communication in a number of languages; Japanese, Chinese, English, etc. for years. It's not a problem in general.

As you've indicated it seems to be this software that you're using. What's the encoding used?
