FTP clients that limit upload speed?

Hi, I need to find a FTP client that
has an option to limit upload speed/bandwidth?

Is there any out there?

filezilla has configurable speed limits on uploads and downloads.
it's been a while since i've used another ftp client - i believe leechftp had a speed limiter.

total commander has that option if you transfer something in the background.
