Emails getting bounced by hotmail, live, msn

We send out about 40 bulk emails a day and only several are typically destined for a MS domain (hotmail, live, msn). I'm not sure what to do. There is something about creating a SPF record but it may be a little over my head.

Is there a simpler solution?

Thanks for any help you can afford.

SPF is one of the simpler solutions.

If you're not comfortable with that then outsourcing your campaign would be a very good idea.

ok i'll try to figure it out. Can it be done on a shared host?

It's simply adding a line to your DNS. If your host allows setting that, then yes. You just need to determine what's needed for your particular server.

That said, SPF isn't a cure-all. It's just one part of the process. It gets more complicated after this...that's why I suggested outsourcing.

I used to have that problem, sending newsletters from my home PC. The quick and easy non techie solution was to send the emails via the SMTP server of the company that managed the domain name rather than through my own ISP. May not be relevant in your case of course.
