how do you keep up with the income?

I have a merchant account and am with authorize(dotnet) and 1 shpncart (not an endorsement)

I get deposits daily directly to my bank account.

Problem is I dont have the slightest idea of how to keep up with rather or not I'm getting paid in full each day.

There are so many variables to consider such as refunds, deposits that are usually abut 2 days behind, fees etc etc.

I have had this account for over a year and have never known how to check this.

Easy to check.
Each day you have a batch sent from the merchant accounts to the bank. The batch is a given amount as well as a batch ID number. You can print them off or view online and verify the batch deposits by either amount or batch ID number from your bank online or monthly statements.
