hello, i would like to know how i can apply some critical patches to phpmysql. I am a beginner in administrating a dedicated server... i want to apply thre first patches listed in this page : [phpmyadmin.net...]

Those specific patches seem to be .php files. You should find the files that they replace and replace them with the newer versions. If you are still having trouble you should refer to their support forums for additional information.
