DDoS attack

Hello,

We are having DDoS attack. It's http-based attack with up to 5Mbpbs of traffic IN to the server.

We tried some shell scripts, mod security, mode devasive, our DC has placed our IP under the Cisco Guard firewall, but nothing so far helped.

The server is linux, appach, php and mysql.

The attack lasts for last 10 days... What should we do? Are there any solutions to these attacks in today's modern world?
