I need help blocking translate page by control panel!

i have question and i hope to help me please
how can i block translate page by control panel ?!

because in google search when i search some web site
and when i click on translate page..some of them doesn't allow to translated..it appearing message like:

sorry, we can not translate the page you requested

i know i ask this question twice
but this time is
how to block translate page by "control panel"

and when i ask some people how can i do it?
some of them answer me they can do it by "control panel"
if someone know the steps how to do it...
please explain to me
or you could send me message to explain to me

You could do it via .htaccess. Is there any reason why you want to prevent translations?
