Setting Email Records

We've been getting quite a few returned emails that our site sends out, and i was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to edit my email records.. I'd like to edit "unknown" on the line "Received: from unknown (#*$!.xx.xx.#*$!)":

Return-Path: <inquiries@#*$!#*$!#*$!#*$!.com>
Received: (qmail 23007 invoked from network); 3 Feb 2009 04:32:24 -0000
Received: from unknown (#*$!.xx.xx.#*$!)
