the finger or the arrow?

i have some onmouseover divs that display a box with information in it...

when you mouse over the divs, it displays the pointing finger...

which i guess could be thought of as a link....

should i, or even can i, make it so that its just an arrow but it still uses the mouseover and brings up the pop up box?

For informational popups, I always preferred the question mark myself ({cursor:help}).
