I have a relatively new web site in the Boston area. I am basically an Engineer and martial artist with little web experience. Where should I look to find web people? Any suggestions on finding a person for a (Hopefully) growth position as web master would be appreciated.

Hi Ancient Dragon,
Welcome to WebmasterWorld.

This depends on how extensive your project will be. You can tap great source of labor in the college community in Boston. They are always looking for extra money.

My First Wife has made quite a bit of income repairing and redesigning web sites built on the cheap by college and high school 'whiz kids' that insisted on using every Golly Wow Web Tool that they were taught in the classroom during the last semester.

If you go that route, you need to be in charge, in control, and perform critical reviews during development.
In other words, you need to be capable of doing it yourself.

Elsewise, my First Wife will be happy to re-do it. :-)
