Anyone know of a directory script that has tagging capabilities, basically mult-categories for listings?

There are few decent directory scripts in my experience, it's not an area of script development which has attracted a bunch of free alternatives. There are several commercial scripts which may offer the tagging capabilities that you need, but I couldn't recommend any by name. You can also try some of the more popular CMS scripts which offer plugins (eg. Joomla or Drupal).
Which language (PHP, ASP, .net...) is your preference?
