making quizzes or tests

What's the best way to go about doing this? If I wanted to make some small fun quizzes that would give users an image saying how well they did, etc. to post on their site...

Are there any programs for this? Or good scripts you know of?

There are a few plugins for Wordpress I know of, but I guess that's only helpful if you're using WP :)

I need it for a site. It doesn't have to be free, I'd be happy to pay for a script if it was what I'm looking for.

I want to make something similar to a "personality test" where users fill it out, then they get a code (that I can customize with an image or whatever) to post on their own site that shows which "personality" their result was.

An example would be personality quizzes that when you submit them, you get a code that tells what you were... for example, like the site blog things does.

Anyone know where I can buy a script like this?
