Sorry, but you are asking in the wrong place; if you wish to copy somebody's content, you need to ask the owner of that content.

It may be the site owner, or the actual author ... or someone else. There's often a note on the page.

Look for content syndication options like RSS feeds and then follow their terms of use to the letter.

Have you looked at reddit.com? Its similar to Digg, its Open Source so it might be easier to emulate and then just adjust it so it looks how you want
