Otherwise we will temporarly suspend your this domain. we replied quickly and said we are checking the issue and willl revert immediatly as soon as it is fixed.
There are 10 domains in that account for different client. Suddenly i check that all domains are suspended. I replied to the hoast ans request to active the other domain at least which are fine. We pays yearly and already paid in advance in 2nd of Nov.
what they replied is very unprofessional - said - "this is none of our business" Check your script and fix the issue then only we will active the whole account. Otherwise shift your all domains asap and we would not be able to refund the balance.
I am not sure whether this is fine to suspend the whole account with only 2 second notification. we have ot been given time to check the site all ftp account has been taken down and asking us to check the script... how can we check them locally.
Are they doing right thing here...
If these sites appeared to be running normally, at full speed, then it is likely that the host is just lying and has decided to rob you. A rogue script would have killed performance.
If you move host, paying monthly is advisable. There are many stories of bad behaviour by hosts circulating on the internet - the common factor seems to be annual payment rather than monthly.
Kaled.
Sites are really huge and do good business every day
There are many hosting companies that oversell, offering unlimited bandwidth and cramming too many sites onto a server, relying on the likelihood that most will see very little traffic.
In your case the host has specifically mentioned MySQL, and you may simply be using more server resources than their business plan allows for. Or they may have a valid point about poor scripts.
how can we check them locally
It is common practise to run a development server on your local computer.
One option for Windows is WAMP ("Windows-Apache-MySQL-PHP"), a standalone package, and there are similar packages for Macs (though OSX has always shipped with a version of Apache built in).
My guess, though, is that you need a better (and probably more expensive) hosting company.
