So you're telling your visitors how to download a full-length movie for free?
This is not a good idea if you want to stay a while with Google and their Adsense program. I don't know whether there is a specific term in the TOS, but there probably is.
And please, do not bump message zu the top just because nobody has replied within 8 minutes.
If you tell people how to use iTunes or Netflix, that's OK.
If you tell people how to download pirated films, that isn't OK.
A good rule to remember is: "If you have to ask, don't do it."

My educated guess would be that you are NOT the copyright holder therefore it could leave you open to all kinds of legal problems.
Not a good idea.
