I have a customer that wants to send a newsletter to 4.000 customers and sent me an MP3 to "start when email is open"
I think this is crazy... and not possible (and will not work in most of the email clients)
1. Is techical possible? To send a newsletter with embebed mp3?
2. Anyone knows any link (preferable) or good arguments to support my position?
3. What would you do in same situation?

Highly doubt it. If so, I've never heard of it.

It would be extremely annoying. See MySpace for good examples on why mp3s should never have autoplay=true.
3. What would you do in same situation?
Provide a link to a small popup window that would play the mp3.
