Sell the app or sell the site ? help me to decide

Hey guys!

I just created a new web base game (php + javascript with ajax) , I put it on the new website. I got some players (around 200) came to my site and play the game. This game is cool and unique. My question is:

Should I sell the game application to webmasters who want to add this game to their site OR wait until my game site gets more popular then sell the whole site?

My site is up and running but I won't post the URL here because I afraid admin will think I spam. But I will post it if you ask.

I think few webmasters will pay to have your game in their site. In this case you will have a hard marketing work to do.

You should concentrate in the development of your site to have a strong community; in 2008, 200 users is just a bunch of friends; improve your game and its community features and market the site for yourself (nobody will do it better than you).

Once you did the posted above, back here and do the same question with your big numbers and your gained experience.
