numbered slideshow

Hello,

It's been a long while since I've been here, and my how big it has gotten. Okay, I have a question. I've been searching for a month now for a script like this and can't find it anywhere. Does someone know where I can get a slideshow script that automatically runs but right below it are numbers to where you can go back to the previous slide or go to the next. I found one online that I want it to be like but can't seem to get it.

Can anyone help?

you can find javascript slide show code.

I found one and was able to modify it to add my .jpegs as slides.
Doesn't have page#s but has back / fwd/ pause like a vcr button.

The scripts sites list the author who generally wants some compensation. Doesn't have to be alot.

Have you tried searching online for flash slideshow software? The one I use has a number of slideshow skins, including numbers. Many others do too I believe, so check the demos.
