Does Clickthru reduce Alexa Rankings ?

My blog had a quite good ranking in the past. But now since the day i signed into [a traffic generation program] and started using it for my traffic, i've been observing that the blog is losing its rankings! Is this Traffic channel the reasonm for this ? Please reply.. And also i would like to know that if any other rank giving websites are also effected.. How about Google PR and Google Adsense? Will that be effected? Does google have any problems with this kind of traffic channels ? Please help me..

without mentioning the specific program name, could you explain what parts of the program are making you suspicious?
if you describe how the program works, that may explain the effects on other traffic sources.
