User Views On ytimg dot com

Youtube now loads file from ytimg takes long time

I have noticed that sites with Youtube videos call a file from ytimg that seems to take a long while to load meaning in Firefox the user sees the following transferring data from xx.ytimg dot com ( the domain name does not inspire confidence ) ,

On checking it is just an additional image Youtube loads but I do wonder if the ordinary visitor seeing this might think it's some sort of spyware or even worse and be put off staying on the page .

The first time I saw it was on a site I did not know much about and left the site pretty pronto ( my philosophy better safe than sorry ) .

Unsure if it displays the same thing for adsense video adds

Any thoughts on possible user concerns or are ordinary users still pretty blind to this sort of stuff

Don't put anything on your website that you don't have control over, such as youtube videos, and your site will load a lot faster.

Luckily, Google adsense and analytics seem to load pretty well.
