External links coming from my own site?

Last month the majority of external links listed in the logs for one of my sites started being about 95% addresses for pages that are within the site itself. What would cause this? It's never happen before, until last month. I have other sites on the same server and they're not showing this.

Do you mean that internal navigation is now showing as external links or is this in addition to the normal internal navigation?

Under the listing of external links in the log (normally visits emanating from other sites), it now mainly lists the full addresses of the pages in my own site. It still shows some actual external links from other sites, but all the top ranking ones are my own pages.
