Does anyone know how to make a navigation like this..

When you move over the button it changes image (I can do that bit) but then, when you click on it and it takes you to a new page, the nav button you clicked stays highlighted?

An example can be seen on the youtube navigation. Thanks for your help.

what type of content management system are you using?
typically you would have different images/styles for the tab for the natural state and the clicked state.
the item (or items in a multilevel nav structure) in the menu(s) for the current page would use the "clicked image/style" version.
