Host with Unlimited Curl

I am looking for a host that will let me do a lot of downloading with Curl (audio files). Is this something that most hosts allow?

I would also like to have dnsniff and some command line mp3 tools as well.

Maybe I need a virtual server for all of this?

We can't recommend specific hosts here, but there are most likely hosts out there that can fit the bill.

You should probably set your budget parameters and then check out some of the big name hosts to see if their packages include the things you need.
