Send it to yourself in Outlook, but put everyone else in the "BCC" section. That means "blind copy". If you only have "to" and "CC" in your outlook/outlook express / other email client click on the "CC" button and I expect you'll open an address book and a chance to use the BCC feature.

Thanks, if anybody on mail listing replies to this emai, is it reply to this email or reply to this mail list? I only want reply eamil to me only, do not want anyone on mail listing receive any reply emails to me.
Does it make sense?

just make sure the To, Reply-To and From headers point to your address with no CC headers and then you will only mail to your address when using "reply to all".

You might want to be careful with the BCC route. I've been informed that this will flag spam filters in some instances. Its part of the scoring process. A Mail Merge program might be in order so you can personalize those and avoid the BCC challenges which I've run into before myself.

Oh, and just for reference, here is how SpamAssassin may score email...

Tests Performed: v3.2.x
[spamassassin.apache.org...]

After you have read and fully assimilated the above Tests Performed you will have a much greater understanding of why your email may not make it to the recipient. The scoring algo is an eye opener and a must read for anyone doing "serious" email marketing. You have to design around the scoring algo.
