How to add email account on my web hosting space without cpanel?

Hi all,
I've designed a website for a small company. Now they need to have email accounts hosted on their website. I don't want them to enter the cpanel not to change anything because I'm the administrator. Is there any other way to do that without giving them the possibility to log on cpanel?

I may be mistaken about this, but doesn't cPanel allow you to set up multiple user accounts for itself, with limited permissions?

Use a 3rd party e-mail service. Google Apps would be one option. Just point the MX records to the new service.
