CDN's and AdNetworks

Using content delivery networks and AdNetworks on a website

Hey guys - I am working on a multi-media site, with lots of graphics and streaming video - I need your help in the following

a) Which CDN should i use, and how should i negotiate on price - any pros or cons etc with various alternatives

b) We are using Google's AdSense for monetization - can you suggest any other AdNetworks etc that we may use in addition to AdSense

c) Based on your experience - any suggestions on various Hosting Providers, and how should I think about it.
