Who knows what system do they use?

or those simiar websites, have Categories, allow people sign in and submit new articles or materials, with a big picture showing on each artiles, and people can reply and leave message on each artibles. Registered use can rate and comment each articles.

what system do they use, or anyone know what system could have similar function? I only know wordpress but seems it doesn't have similar function.

Look at portal CMS packages like Drupal or Joomla to start out. OpensourceCMS is a good place to see many of the different systems installed and try them out for yourself.
