Questions About Domain Forwarding

I recently got a website up at blogger, and went ahead and bought a domain through domains.com last night. I have it set to automatically redirect to my blogger blog via forwarding by frame so that the domain url stays in the address bar. Google already had some of my pages indexed prior to this. Will this form of domain forwarding have any adverse affects? Is there anything different that I should do?

Also, I tried to setup Google Analytics through my blogspot name yesterday. It has verified that the analytics code is on the page, but it is still bringing up zero data. I am positive that the site has gotten hits withing the last 36+ hours that Analytics has verified my blogger site. Is domain forwarding or something else causing a problem here? On the same note I have tried to setup Google Analytics for my domain name itself. Even when I put the code into my blogspot html it still is unable to verify it after quite some time and multiple tries...

Any thoughts?
