JS-Kit - content on your site or theirs?

I'm thinking of installing the JS-kit review and comment code on my site for user feedback on specific pages(about 10 pages). I'm wondering how this system even works. Does it add content to my site, or theirs? How can I control the content in terms of moderation? What about backup? I'm sure I could ask them, but I wanted actual user feedback and not a sales pitch.

Thanks for any comments and time.

according to their FAQ [js-kit.com] they are storing the data on their site.

no personal experience but it looks like an interesting implementation.
i haven't figure out yet what they get out of providing the service...
