Hosting under different IP? please help

seeking some help how to host the site, and be seen as a different IP one..

Having a question..
Is it possible to host an website for example in US and "get" an IP address from France?--> So it will look like hosted in France!?!
Im running some local websites, so want them to be hosted "localy" (for search engines) BUT in the other hand don’t want the code of my site leave my server!:)
Anyone done this before? Please help me!

technically you could do this with a proxy server but practically it may be difficult to obtain a "french" ip address.

yeap, thanks, proxy was on my mind aswell...then i need to find some stable proxy server in that country right?

"france" was just the example...:)
