I may be missing something but what's going on with the new blog spam that puts the keyword into the name and a random email and no URL. How does that help the spammers?

They're trying to make Bayesian filtering [google.com] ineffective by diluting it with these pattern-less messages.

Was it on topic? I've had "tag team" spammers on my forum. Spammer A finds high ranking topic and posts some lame but on topic comment, spammer B shows up a few days later and posts response with URL.
