What does this error mean?

cpsrvd failed @ Wed Mar 12 02:28:32 2008. A restart was attempted automagically.

it means your cpanel server daemon failed and was restarted.
it may be something you can ignore.
check your cpanel error log file for clues...

The last time this error occured I was online and the site never went down. Is it safe to assume it's an error limited to cpanel and not necessarily the rest of the site?

I'd love to look in my cpanel error log, but it's overrun with kids stealing my pictures for message boards.. even though they get nothing but a broken pic. Not a reason to remove the url i guess..
