We are really looking to re-design our website. Does anyone have any suggestions for companies to do that? I appreciate all the suggestions. Thanks!

It may be against the TOS here to post a company name. My recommendation would be to first ask and friends/business associates whom they've used, then surf the web so find sites similar to what you want and see if you can find out who they used.
