Same company, many domains

We registered these domains for our company:

mycompany.com
mycompany.org
mycompany.net
mycompany.co.uk

I'm trying to figure out which is the best way to deploy domain issue:

1) all domains 301's to .com
2) do nothing

What is your way to go with it?

If you are concerned about somehow losing traffic from the others you should 301 to the "primary" domain. Otherwise, do nothing.
