Be sure to upgrade your Wordpress

I'm not one for jumping on the upgrade bandwagon, I usually wait till I'm a few versions behind before I update.

However, I spent most of the day today removing malicious code from about 12 different wordpress blogs that had been injected via a pre 2.3.3 vulnerability. Nasty stuff got many of my sites tagged with the old "this site may harm your computer" on Google.
