I have a website that's definitely a serious website, and there's certainly no illegal content or anything that they don't allow, it's an eCommerce store.
For some reason, DMOZ won't list my website. I followed the instructions and listed it in the most suitable category, and waited a few months, then I tried a different one which was also suitable, and that one didn't work either.
Does anyone know if there's anything I can do to help get listed in DMOZ? I don't understand why they wouldn't list my website.
It's more professional looking and has more content than a good portion of the websites on there.
Give it at least six months, and then politely ask in the DMOZ forum for your category how the submission is proceeding.
I submitted a site last May, and it's still not listed. I already posted in my category's forum, so I'll wait another month or two and try again.
