Simple Question (maybe simpleton)

How do I turn on the sequence numbers in the 'source view' ? (Suspect I have set something right but can't find it.)

Am authenticating CSS ... get errors that indicate which statement the error is in, but 'includes' in the code make the sequence numbers different than those viewed in DreamWeaver.

- click the "Html Validator" tab in the header, click "Show Line Numbers".

or

- click the "Html Validator" tab in the header, "Options" option pops up a window, check "Show Line Numbers" in the "View Source" section.

or

- click the "Edit" tab in the header, click "Go to Line" pops up a window, enter line number...

Thank you phranque for the quick reply ... unfortunately that doesn't work.

Are we talking about the same Firefox add-on? I'm using Web Developer 1.1.4 by Chris Pederick (http://chrispederick.com/work/web-developer/) and the 'header' is a tool bar with 'Tools' as one of the tabs. It also has an 'Options' tab - but there is nothing there mentioning line numbers.

Thanks phranque

Not sure I'm doing it right - but can see the line numbers now.
