I have a few download sites, some that offer free mp3 downloads (my own original work) and wav samples (also my own). I'll also be offering various other formats but all will be archived into a zip or rar file.
I need a file manager that will automatically put the files into tables with a few fields like author,title,date,downloads etc. I need this to be a script that I can easily integrate with modx and/or wordpress. The only scripts I can find are standalone.
It needs to be able to manage multiple pages of downloads, not just one list.
I also need the option to upload or select a url. If it prevented deeplinking that'd also be great. I guess it would also have to work well with CSS.
Does anyone know of any scripts like this?
I'm not good enough to make one myself so I was hoping that there was something already made.
I used the word also quite a bit in this post... hahha Oh well.
i don't know of any mass upload scripts if that is all you are looking for.
perhaps some of your need could be satisfied with wordpress plugins.
we use the "PJW Mime Config" and "Anarchy Media Player" WP plugins.
