i have a server and these days my server is hacking by the hacker

i have a server and these days my server is hacking by the hacker
the problem is, chmod 777, there are many dir's with the chmod 777
and hacker is uploading files and creating folders under the folder
which is created with chmod 777, now i just want to know how i can
bock the hacker, and is there any way to allow the scripts which in
my server and not allow any other scripts to upload files in my server

As we do not know what kind of server you on and how the hackers were able to enter your system in the first place, it is difficult to give any directions. The best way would be to solve this together with your hosting company, as they might have experience with this specific type of hacking of your server.

Are you on shared hosting, a virtual private server or a dedicated server? If on shared hosting, it could be that the attack is not from the outside, but from one of the other users hosted on the same server.

i would change all those directories to 775 to start.
at least that would prevent "non-owners" from writing to them.
