If an email gets sent to the spam folder for sites like gmail, hotmail or yahoo, and a user replies to that email, will most sites no longer send those emails from that person to the trash?
What if that email address has a different reply to address than the sender? Would the sender's emails no longer be redirected, or would the new reply to address?
Thanks

The user would normally need to add the sender to their address book or white list. IIRC Hotmail will prompt for this if a message in the junk folder is replied to.
