Duplicate Content and International Domains

Hi ,

okay here is the scenario :

Products : 10000 products
Sites :
www.domain.com (US)
WWw.domain.co.uk (UK)
WWw.domain.de (German)
WWw.domain.co.za (S.A)
www.domain.fr (france)

If i pull all the data to each site will I get penalised for duplicate content?
What is an alternative to this?

But how about :

.co.uk aimed for a listing in .co.uk search engines

so i would like www.domain.co.uk to list high in co.uk search engine .

Effectively trying to cover as many markets as possible.
