It would take me possibly years to come up with the right price If I went the "testing" rout. Im hoping someone has already tested it or at least came close.

Heres how it works

1.00 gives you a full months access and you can cancel at any time. If you dont cancel then you are billed monthly after that.

the problem. I dont know if I should charge 9.95 19.95 or 29.95

You see, its not about "conversions" because of the 1.00 trial.

What it boils down to is how many people STAY subscribed at one of the above prices or which price makes the most money.

Yes this is top notch quality content. So there no question of that. They are getting good stuff. But what price is going to make the most money?

Thanks in advance

I would go with the price closest to the, 'They don't feel it factor', so it depends on what it is...

My goal with setting recurring pricing would be: How do I keep people from canceling...

The questions I would ask are:
What is the service worth?
What could the average person expect to pay for the service somewhere else?
How do I make the service so accessible when people see it on their CC statment, all they think is, 'Oh, yeah I signed up for that didn't I?'.
What do the subscribers 'not feel' out of their pocket?

Brett does it here on WebmasterWorld...
When my supporters subscription hits my PayPal, I think, 'What the #*$! did I sign up for that costs $150.00, and is recurring?', then I see WebmasterWorld and think, 'Oh, cool, absolutely worth it, no need to cancel.'

I would try to analyze what price point people 'forget about' for what I am providing and make that my price.
