Where to go to sell your website?

I have a good online business, but would like to sell it.

Hi guys,
For the last 7 years, I've been working on multiple online games.

I must say that I am very tired, and would be willing to sell my business.

However, where should I go in order to advertise that it is for sell?

Announcing it on my website is worthless as my clients are players, not "IT specialist".

Should I wait for someone to make me an offer? Or should I post somewhere that it is for sell.

On Alexa, my main website is in the 30000th position worldwide. I have no idea how big it is considered on the market. I have no idea how much I could get out of it.

Anyone? Any Clue?

Get a professional appraisal on the website as asking here is like shooting in the dark.

There is so much to consider you need to pay for a good appraisal and then you have something to work from.

You shouldn't have a problem finding a good one.

Sorry if I sound newbie, but can you help just a little.

I did a search on "website appraisal" but there are so many people doing that that it is hard to tell how professional they are.

Can you point me to the right direction?

I think it's against TOS to mention specific places, so do some Googling: "sell website forum", "buy website", etc. Do the searches your perspective buyers would do. There's a few good forums and sites that have serious buyers.

Also - I wouldn't rely your Alexa ranking as a selling point. Most saavy buyers know it's easily manipulated and demographically skewed.
